01 · Prototype & Model Room Credit
A negotiated credit toward eligible prototype or model room development charges may be applied upon issuance and ADF acceptance of a qualifying production purchase order. Credit amount, eligible costs, and conditions must be agreed in writing before development work begins.
02 · Value Engineering & Lead-Time Optimization
Provide your specifications and target item or project budget. We can evaluate alternative materials, construction details, production methods, and scheduling opportunities to align cost and lead time with design and performance requirements. Budget disclosure is required to request this benefit.
03 · Preferred Project Pricing
Qualified projects receive preferred pricing consideration based on scope, specifications, order quantities, and achievable manufacturing efficiencies. Final pricing is established in a project-specific written quotation.
How to participate
Submit your RFQ using code BDNY26. Include specifications, expected quantities, and desired delivery date. To request value engineering, select that option in the form and disclose a target item or project budget.
For qualifying B2B projects only. Benefits depend on scope, ADF acceptance, capacity, and written agreement. No fixed credit, guaranteed savings, pricing, or lead-time improvement is promised. Offer inquiries must be submitted by November 16, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Written terms govern.
