When you request a quotation, we may send a short-lived email verification code to confirm that you can receive mail at the address supplied. We also use a number-matching slider, necessary session cookies, and submission limits to deter spam. We collect information you choose to provide, such as name, company, email, telephone, project requirements, deadlines, product references, and uploaded drawings or specifications. Our hosting provider may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and server security logs.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess project feasibility, prepare quotations, provide service, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Marketing updates are optional and require separate opt-in; you may unsubscribe by contacting us.

Files and email retention

RFQ attachments are temporarily processed by the web server and sent to our business email. The website application does not intentionally retain uploaded files as permanent website files. Copies may remain in our email accounts, mail-provider systems, server logs or backups under their applicable retention policies. Please do not send passwords, payment card information, or highly sensitive personal information.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by our hosting and email providers, and by personnel or service providers assisting with your project. We do not sell inquiry information. We may disclose information when legally required.
