Site purpose

This website provides general information and examples of American Designer Furniture’s custom manufacturing capabilities. Images, examples, and descriptions are illustrative and do not constitute an offer to sell any specific product.

Ownership and permitted use

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, design, and imagery are owned by ADF or used with permission. You may browse the website for legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse its content without authorization. Some projects or designs may belong to their respective rights holders.

Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an RFQ does not create a contract or guarantee pricing, production availability, a delivery date, or acceptance of a project. Quotations, shop drawings, approvals, payments, shipping, warranties, and other production matters are governed only by separately agreed written commercial terms.

Submitted materials

By uploading materials, you represent that you have permission to share them for quotation and project evaluation. You retain your rights in submitted materials and grant ADF permission to review and use them as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry.

BDNY26 trade partner program

Any BDNY26 benefit is conditional on project eligibility, available capacity, and written confirmation. A preliminary feasibility review does not include detailed engineering or shop drawings. Priority review is not a guaranteed response or delivery deadline. Any prototype development credit must be expressly approved in writing with its amount, qualifying order, and conditions.
